DESIGN PACKAGES

This 15 minute phone consultation is a quick introduction and a great way to get to know if we're a good fit for your design project without a cost investment.

During this 1 hour virtual consultation via FaceTime or Zoom, we will discuss your design project in detail, your desired outcome, the process involved, my design advice and possible design options.

During this 1 hour in-person consultation, we will meet either at your home or another location to discuss your design project in detail, your desired outcome, the process involved, my design advice and possible design options. (Available to local  Kelowna residents only)

A design concept for one room specific to your style and your budget. The design concept board lets you visualize the final design components together before purchasing items or implementing the design, so you can be sure it's exactly how you envisioned. 

This package includes:

~ Mood Board with Colour Palette

~ Furniture & Decor Design Board

~ Design Concept Board

~ 2 Rounds of Revisions

~ Shopping list for each item in the design concept with links to purchase

~ Styling & Layout Instructions

A custom design of one room specific to your space, your style and your budget. This design concept lets you visualize the final design in your specific room layout (including windows, doors, etc.) allowing you to visualize your space before purchasing any items.

This package includes:

~ Mood Board with Colour Palette

~ Furniture & Decor Design Board

~ 3D Design Concept Board

~ 2 Rounds of Revisions

~  Shopping list for each item with links to purchase

~ Floor Plan Showing Layout

~ Styling Instructions

Once the design concept is completed, take it a step further with a virtual walk through the completed design. This allows you to get a feel for the spacing and functionality of the room as if you are already standing inside.

This package can be added on to the Design Concept package or purchased individually if you already have a design concept.

This package includes:

~ virtual walkthrough video file of one specific room or space

~ 2 Rounds of Revisions

~ Separate file of images showing each section

Styling package includes styling of a single room, multiple rooms or whole home. Purchased on an hourly basis and does not include cost of decor & furnishing items. Styling may also be completed using clients previously purchased decor & furnishings.

Design package may include any room or space, multiple areas or whole home. Redecorating or renovating, from floor plan layout, kitchen or  bathroom design to detailed design concept and implementation. Purchased as a minimum 5 Hour design package (total amount of hours required for completion is dependant on project). 

New Build package may include whole house design concept and implementation, specific material, fixtures & finishing selections, design advice or design concept. Purchased as a minimum 10 Hour new build package (total amount of hours required for completion is dependant on project). 

Design advice for all things interior design ~ specific questions, furniture, decor or material selections, design dilemma or decision that requires some guidance. Use the hour however you'd like for anything design related.

3D Rendering package may include any room or space, multiple areas or whole house. This package includes a lifelike rendering of the designed space allowing you to get a clear visual of the completed project before you begin. Price is calculated per room or project (open concept areas are considered multiple rooms). 

Take it a step further with a virtual walk through the completed design. This allows you to get a real life feel for the spacing and functionality of the room as if you are already standing inside. Can also be purchased as an add-on to the 3D Rendering package.  Price is calculated per room or project (open concept areas are considered multiple rooms).
